You know I always selfishly wait until I’ve signed up for the upholstery class I want before I tell you about that Shelly Leer’s new schedule is up. But I may have waited a little too long this time.
One of the upholstery classes at ModHomeEc is already filled up. But don’t worry! If you act now, you can still get into beginner and intermediate classes, as well as a great ottoman workshop.
So what can you do in one of these classes? Check out the project just completed by Allie, a medical student who accomplished this amazing redo in a beginner class!
I love the way Allie simplified this chair by getting rid of some of the cording and sewing details but still jazzed it up with this fun fabric. I’m pretty jealous, actually, that I’m not taking this chair to my house.
Fortunately, I’ll be taking another class. So maybe I’ll be doing something similar soon. Hope to see you there!
