I showed you some pictures from my garden on Saturday, which put me in the mood to look at rooms that feature green.
It’s just so springy!
None stood out in my search more than this gorgeous kitchen, which I found at the Better Homes and Gardens website.
This backsplash is just beautiful. And of course I love these mid-century dining chairs, which have a pretty green print on them.
If you look through the kitchen door, you can even glimpse a green rug in an adjoining room.
Overall, it’s a great look.
Then, over at MyHomeIdeas.com, I found some color predictions for 2012.
The folks at MyHomeIdeas – which features photos and stories from great magazines including Southern Living and Sunset – say that moss green is one of this year’s hot colors.
Then I realized that all the rooms I seem to like this year are indeed this color green.
Just look at the beautiful drapes in this BHG room:
And I love the rug in the BHG dining area below. The room is otherwise neutral and so the rug really pops out.
