I love a great DIY and so when Jaime – a student at Shelly Leer’s ModHomeEc boot camp last weekend – told me about one of her most recent projects, I knew I had to share it with you.
Jamie had picked up a big bunch of old yardsticks and decided to use them to freshen up an antique table with a top that had seen better days.
You can see the fantastic result at right. I love it!
Jamie simply removed the old top, cut the yard sticks to fit and then used wood glue to attach them to the top. Brilliant!
