Last week, we looked at Glidden's Top 10 paint colors for fall and today I want to expand on one of them -
Crisp autumn leaves (see the swatch at left).
It's a fairly deep shade, one that might be a little intimidating to put on your walls. But it's just so gorgeous. So I thought we'd look at other ways to work it into your decor.
Check out this Lubi Daybed from CB2, which sells for $799. I love the way it looks with the lime green in this photo, but the color would also be fantastic with black, white, blue, yellow and so many other colors.
Even the little pillow on the Lubi Daybed -- it's the Troy pillow for $24.95 -- could bring a pop of our rusty red-orange color into a room.
I also found this great Hanna Quilt and Sham from Pottery Barn.
I Iove the way the tuscan red option looks against the porcelain blue quilt, an unusual color combination but one that looks beautifully modern.
The queen-sized quilt is on sale for $159. The sham is on sale for $35.
The great thing about this beautiful color is that you can bring it into your room not only through fabrics but also through gorgeous cherry woods and caramel-colored leathers.
See all the various options I found, with buying info below:
