I wanted to share this photo from one of my favorite area stores - Bella Chic Interiors - where owner Julie went a little crazy in the heat and painted the exterior of her store bubble gum pink. I love it!
It really fits the attitude of this terrific place, which is located in the Carmel Arts & Design District.
"You are not hallucinating," Julie said in her latest email, which included the photo at right. I got in a mood. We will blame all the rain and humidity and the fact that I can't paint furniture under those conditions."
