The $750,000 grand prize package includes the fully furnished, custom-built eco-friendly home in Tradition, Florida, and a new GMC Sierra Hybrid.
The home is a 2,430-square-foot contemporary Spanish-style cottage featuring three bedrooms and three baths. Located in a master-planned community near Florida's Treasure Coast, the home is decorated with eco-friendly products and materials and features construction and design elements that are known to contribute to an energy-efficient, cleaner and even healthier living environment.

In addition, HGTV received a significant Platinum LEED (Leadership in
Energy and Environmental Design) certification for the home. LEED for Homes,, a voluntary rating system, is a nationwide residential certification project of the U.S. Green Building Council.
